Cedar Row Farm was established in 1998 located in Elgin, Alabama. The farm has 85 beautiful acres of pasture and natural springs and a nice show barn for our breeding program.

Owned by Melanie Smith who grew up loving horses through out life and always wanted to do nothing else but raise and breed for quality horses. Melanie met her husband, Lance Walley in 1998, who shares her love for horses as well. Growing up with horses and learning from mother and dad - Nancy and Oakley Smith who designed and owned the Globe Horse Walker which was distributed across the nation for many years.

Cedar Row Farm specializes in top quality homozygous APHA tobianos and also has AQHA mares and overo mares as well. Our stock includes a variety of top bloodlines including Pepsi Poco, MK Black Pepper, and Skip A Bert just to name a few.
